To keep the conference registration fee as affordable as possible for all Marine Corps family members, MarineParents.com, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, is not able to offer honorariums or reimburse travel expenses for presenters, co-presenters and/or panel members. Our compensation policy follows:

1. All presenters, co-presenters and panel members must register for the conference. The main presenter will receive a $25 credit toward the conference registration fees. Additional presenters and/or panel members will receive a $10 credit toward the conference registration fees.

2. Space for the presenter's organization to exhibit in the Marine Corps Mall will be available to presenters at cost. Please contact one of our conference volunteers for additional information.

3. Presenters, co-presenters and/or panel members who have a specialized field or profession (including Marines currently serving active duty or active reserves) and are only able to attend during their own presentation will be given special consideration to waive the conference registration fee. This waiver is at the sole discretion of the MarineParents.com, Inc. Board of Directors. These presenters, co-presenters and/or panel members may request reimbursement for any parking fees incurred on the day of the session.

4. Presenters, co-presenters and/or panel members who are Marines currently serving active duty or active reserves that would like to attend the full conference will receive a $50 credit toward conference registration.
