    By submitting the online registration form, you agree to the cancellation policy as noted below.

    The conference registration fee is all-inclusive. Registration for the conference includes all meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast). Registration includes all programs, keynote speaker, guest speakers, entertainment, pre-conference workshops, and breakout sessions. Bar drinks are not included for Friday and Saturday dinner. An attended cash bar will be available on both Friday and Saturday evening.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Paid registrations are transferable and our cancellation policy takes into consideration the changing plans of the United States Marine Corps. All requests for transfers or refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing. See below for more information, or Click for More Information.

    HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: Hotel accomodations are NOT included in the registration fee. Please make your reservations directly with the Adam's Mark Hotel. Make your reservations prior to March 20, 2007 to be guaranteed the conference rate of $99 for single, double, triple, or quad. Mention the MarineParents.com conference when making reservations to receive the group rate. The Adam's Mark Hotel group rate is available April 17-25, 2007. Click for Hotel Information

    Method of Payment and Confirmation
    Payment in full must be received within five business days of registration. We accept payment via check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. After completing the online registration form, you'll be instructed to print a payment information page to remit payment via US Mail directly to MarineParents.com.

    Registration confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment in full.

    Fully Transferable Registration Fees
    Registration fees are FULLY TRANSFERABLE from one attendee to another with request made in writing to MarineParents.com, Inc. prior to April 1, 2007. Individuals who would like to transfer registration MUST find a recipient for the transfer and work out amicable details with the recipient. If this is not possible, you may request a refund of all or part of the registration fees as noted below.

    Cancellation and Refund Request Policy:

    • Cancellation received through January 31, 2007: Full refund of registration fee paid.
    • Cancellation February 1 - March 31, 2007: 50% refund of registration fee paid.
    • Cancellation after April 1, 2007: No refund*.
    • No-Shows: No refund.
    All transfers and cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing and mailed via US Mail to MarineParents.com, Inc., P O Box 1115, Columbia, MO 65205. Refunds when payment was via a credit card will be less the fees subtracted by the credit card processor (approximately 3.5%). Refunds will be dispersed two weeks after the close of the conference, but no later than thirty days after the close of the conference.

    *We understand the changing schedule of our Marines and the refund policy will remain flexible for those whose Marine may be planning pre-deployment leave, deployment dates, and/or homecoming dates. Regardless of circumstances, request for cancellation and refund MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CONFERENCE! For verification purposes, your written request should include a short explanation of the situation as well as the unit or battalion your Marine is with. The same flexibility applies to recruit families who may be experiencing a change in graduation dates and 10-day leave per illness or injury.
